5 FACTORS THAT WILL MAKE A
DWI CASE WORSE
I firmly believe that people should understand what they are up against. This list should help anybody charged with a DWI that they are facing a tough battle --right from the start...
1. If you have ever been convicted of a DWI before. Ever.
2. If there were any kids in the car.
3. If you got hurt or you injured somebody else.
4. If you were involved in a car accident (or hit a tree or a house, etc).
5. If your Blood Alcohol Concentration was 0.16% or higher. Or if there were any drugs found in your blood.
If you have a case where you have ANY of the listed factors, you should call a local DWI defense lawyer ASAP. Sometimes damage control can be done before a case is even sent from the police to the Court/prosecutor.
If you act fast in these types of cases, there are usually opportunities to do important things very quickly.
